The Kaos Classic was born in 2023 out of a desire to see more high level weight class shows in the sport that paid the athletes and got the best in the World together. Starting with the Under 90kg Men and adding in the Under 64kg Women in 2024 the first two years has already seen athletes from an incredible 14 different countries make the trip to the UK to compete.

The inaugural show in 2023 saw Englishman Dan Benson take the title with a dominating performance, he was joined on the podium by American Strongman Veteran Nick O’Hare and powerlifting GOAT John Haack.

In 2024 we crowned a new men’s Champion in the form of American CJ Krause who took the title with a consistent performance across all 6 events. He was joined on the podium by Englishman Josh Lancaster and Szymon Peplinski from Poland. The competition also saw new World Record set in the Axle Clean and Press of 168kg by American Derek Owens.

The Women’s Class in 2024 was taken over from those from the land down under! Camilla Fogagnolo taking the victory winning 3 out of 6 events along the way, the podium was completed by Meg Latta from New Zealand and Antonia Varrecchia of the USA. The show also saw the Axle Clean and Press Record broken by an incredible 3 women, the aforementioned Meg, Antonia plus Grace Ingebritson all hitting 103.5kg. 

As we move into 2025 we will be looking to make the Kaos Classic bigger and better.
