You can choose to do only one lift but won't then be able to win the overall "total" awards.

Grip tops allowed.
1kg jumps allowed for record attempts.

Done on a Texas DL Bar with Calibrated plates.
3 attempts at your choice of weight in a powerlifting format. 
Suits and all straps allowed.

The log press will start at 10:00 a.m. with the deadlift starting after lunch no earlier than 1:00 p.m. 
Entry is open open through our website.
Open to Novice to Elite/Record Setters of all ages and international athletes are welcome. 
We are happy to provide travel and accommodation assistance to internayional ahtletes, just contact our page.
Virtual and In House 24 Weigh In Available as well as Same Day Weigh In (open from approximately 8am)
But only a limited number of athlete spaces are available- so dont hang around! 
Multiple platforms to warm up will be available and athletes will be allowed on the exact kit and platform before the first flight starts.
 
Spectator tickets are available on the door with under 16s free
