Beginners - 35kg Axle Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses allowed.
Novice- 45kg Axle Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses Allowed.
Intermediate- 60kg Axle Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses Allowed.
Opens – 70kg Axle Press Floor To Overhead for Reps. Any Cleans and Presses Allowed
Event 2 – 15” Deadlift for Reps
As many reps as possible in 60seconds. On Wagon Wheels with a power bar.
Beginners- 110kg
Novice – 130kg
Intermediate – 155kg
