At Kaos we have Training Packages for all levels, from Casual Beginner or Aspiring Athlete, to the Elite.

Our experienced Strength Coaches not only have an impressive Athletic CV, but have coached a string of successful Athletes, many of whom started at Kaos!

We have an impressive Strongman and Powerlifting equipment set-up, unrivalled in the North of England. What's more; if we don't have it and our athletes need it, then we get it! Nothing means more to us than seeing the sport grow and those who are part of it receive all the tools they need to be all that they strive to be.

Regardless of your level, we want you on our team! We have a number of options to suite everyone and can tailor each program to your individual needs.
